IMPORTANT – The AirPro Copilot can power your ResMed AirSense & Airmini devices via the USB-C cable provided. If your device won’t power on or blow air when using the battery it could be for a few reasons.

1. Please make sure you have your heated tube AND humidifier settings turned off.
2. Please make sure you have the ‘SmartStart’ option turned off especially if you have high leak rates
3. Please make sure you have the USB-C and CPAP connections full inserted to both the battery and your CPAP Device. This is a common issue with AirSense11/AirMini users who have not fully inserted the cable into the back of their device
4. If you are using an AirSense 10 and your device starts up, blows air but then switches off you need follow these instructions carefully. With the USB-C cable REMOVED from the battery, plug one end of the cable into your CPAP Device and then insert the other end into the USB-C port on the battery. You must plug the cable into your CPAP First before plugging the other end into the battery. If the power shuts off, remove only the USB-C cable from the battery and then reinsert into the battery.
