Luna G3 Hire Plan
The main difference between the plans is the Luna G3 has an integrated heated tube system which is helpful in cooler climates. It has greater data capabilities an a few extra comfort features.
All we require is some photo identification like a drivers licence or passport and your payment details. It takes less than 5 minutes to sign up online and you can also sign up over the phone by calling 1300276632
You do not require a prescription to hire a cpap. Our hire machines are automatic which means they will adjust the therapy automatically for each individual patient.
If you suffer from any of the following pre-existing conditions please consult your doctor before using this device:
- severe bullous lung disease
- pathologically low blood pressure
- cerebrospinal fluid leak, recent cranial surgery, or trauma
- heart failure
- COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)
- using opioids for chronic pain management.
We have many customers who have never had a sleep study before. Some of our customers hire simply to stop snoring. CPAP therapy will provide you with a healthy, quiet nights sleep free from snoring and sleep apnea.
The only costs involved are your monthly hire fees ($69-$79/month) which are debited from your chosen account on a monthly basis. Ezidebit also charge a one time account setup fee of $5.50 and a dishonour fee if there are insufficient funds in the account. The dishonour fee is $19 so it’s important that you have funds in your nominated account to avoid this fee. You can always move your debit dates by calling 1300276632 if required. You are also responsible for the return postage costs if you wish to end your cpap hire account after the 6 months.
All payments are processed by our financial partner Ezidebit. You will have a set date each fortnight or month for you payments and this can always be updated at any time to suit your needs by calling 1300276632 or emailing email@example.com
We often supply new equipment to keep up with demand however we also use returned hire equipment occasionally. All equipment is sterilised using our hospital grade Miele professional sterilising washer. You will also receive new tubing, new filters and anti viral filters.
Yes, you can request a quote to purchase your rental equipment at any stage of the hire plan. Our prices are very competitive. You may need to return any masks that are not being used. To request a quote please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Our hire package comes with all 3 styles of cpap mask included and all sizes! You will receive a nasal pillow mask, a nasal mask and a full face mask. You can trial all three to find which is the most comfortable and suitable for your therapy needs. We can also provide you with any specific mask make / model if you have a specific request. Please note that if you request a specific mask you will only receive that one mask. Not all 3
We ship from Melbourne the day after your first hire payment. We normally use Australia post for shipping. Shipping transit times vary on location but 90% of our shipments arrive withing 2-4 business days. We will provide you with some tracking information shortly after your hire package has shipped.
Yes our rent to buy option is $99/month on a 24 month plan. We also have Afterpay available which is 4 x fortnightly installments.

The equipment itself is extremely simple to operate. In fact once you have filled up the water chamber and have your mask on, simply start breathing and the machine will turn on automatically and start the therapy. For some individuals, it can take a little time getting use to breathing with the machine and also wearing a mask. It’s important to persist in the early weeks whilst your lungs are getting use to breathing against the positive airway pressure. If you need to make any changes to your account please call us on 1300276632. It’s important if you are are not going to have money in your account that you let us know so we can change the debit date for you. We will send you SMS payment reminders to keep you up to date with your cpap hire debits.
All CPAP machines have a small amount of noise generated from the motor however our CPAP hire machines are exceptionally quiet. It is very rare for us to get a complaint about the noise of the machines and they’re certainly a lot quieter compared with snoring.
After your 6 month hire period you have a few options.
- You can continue to hire as long as you like.
- You can purchase your hire equipment. Please request a quote by emailing email@example.com
- You can return your equipment by following the return instructions provided on the retuns page.
If the damage is caused by misuse IE- your dog eats your cpap mask then we will replace your equipment at cost price. If the damage is due to natural wear and tear then we will replace the equipment for free. Over time, cpap mask parts wear and you can request new accessories by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . We will also provide you with spare filters for your machine.
It’s mostly just cleaning your equipment. You will need to clean your mask on a daily basis with warm soapy water and you will need to clean your humidifier chamber and tubing once a week. You will also need to replace your cpap filter every 3-4 months. It’s relatively low maintenance.
